2020 Goals for FitFoodieFeast

All of the 2020 Goals!


The goals that I’d like to establish in 2020: 


1. Get rid of all processed foods in my diet. 

2. Eliminate excess sugars in my diet.

3. Reduce a lot of salt in my diet.

4. Meal prep like crazy.

5. Reduce food stress.

6. Savour my food.

7. Stock pile the delicious flavours. 

8. Deep dive into a mutton masala recipe. 

9. Deep dive into a Thai thick curry recipe. 

10. Deep dive into a Massaman curry recipe.

11. Keep going with the fresh greens smoothies

12. Sleep like crazy!


I want a stockpile of fresh flavours ready in the fridge and pantry to cook up at home for meal prep. Like having ready to eat mutton masala curries in the freezer for days of the week. Also, having support in my diet with the green smoothies in the morning for breakfast is fabulous. Also, upping my protein consumption to help my body repair itself!
